  • About Warranty for STORM 3G

we have a STORM 3G Bought in late May form www.sharbor.com store. Now the computer can not find new hardware?

I sent a message to vendors, he let me contact Grass Valley Technical Support, when I contact the American Grass Valley gave me the news I contact Shanghai technical support, I phone the Shanghai Technical Center, they gave me the news that U.S. sales of the product local does not guarantee, God! whom I need to repair this?

The US Technical support presumed you purchased from China.

The process is correct from China support point of view, you need to solve the problem with US re seller (sharbor.com). If sharbor.com won't help then you have no recourse.

You can not expect to go purchase outside your local regional economy and then rely on them to support you when things don't work. While you might think a brand is a brand and it should be supported worldwide, this is not true for majority of companies. There are different regions and different business models.

I find it hard to believe that it is broken

does it show up as missing or have yellow warning in device manager?
