Vistitle Full Installer Problem

I have now downloaded the Full Installer for Vistitle v1.6.1 three times and tried to install the software, but keep getting the message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
I have tried the install as the Administrator, to no avail.
Has anybody downloaded and succeffully installed this yet?
I have been in touch with Vistitle, but their only suggestion has been that it was maybe a faulty download and to download it again and try once more.

common problem

vistitle downloads that are downloaded without download manager will be corrupt (google free download manager)

EDIUS downloads that are downloaded with download manager will be corrupt

I know, strange

I used a download manager for all 3 attempts!

also, always empty hidden temp folder prior to installing

That is the downloader that I used. Finished downloading the file now without using a download manager, will try it tomorrow and see if that works. Will let you know then. Thanks for all the advice, I appreciate that.
