avid keyboard layout for edius 6

I was using Edius 4 and 5 with the edius keyboard layout and on Edius 6 it will not import the keyboard layout. Does someone have the keyboard layout or know where to find it. Much appreciated. I work on both NLE's and just decided to use one layout for both.

Look under tools on your EDIUS 6 disc there are keyboard shorts for avid , Final cut

The Tools Folder is empty

I checked in the tools folder and it does not have it. I guess due to it being a demo it does not give you the layout. I don't have that much days left so i was hoping to try it. Is there any other place i can find this file for the avid layout?
