        will reinstall, when i clikd on quicktime it said to reinstall application support,
        i guess i should reinstall the whole thing

          What I would do is uninstall Quicktime and if you know how to remove it from the registry do that. If you don't, thats ok. Just uninstall and reboot. Then install from the latest download from Apple.

            Jim, do you have a registry cleaner? You can download a free one from Cnet.
            try this one:
            http://www.eusing.com/free_registry_...ry_cleaner.htm

            After uninstalling QT and rebooting, run the registry cleaner and then reboot. Then install QT. This should correct any issues that might be there in the registry from previous trys.
