Alt+N and Alt+M

These 2 still don't work right, the cursor still stay where they are and not going back to the beginning of the clip, I thought I read somewhere that these are fix in 4.5????

Thanks, yes I knew about this, but in 3.62, it works even if you have those check, now you have to uncheck them to make it works, I am still losing feature.
