    HDSpark drivers removal

How do I remove the Edius V6 drivers for HDSpark so that I can reinstall Edius 5.51 ?

Did you try windows device manager and click uninstall ?
Is this to finish up old projects or are you migrating back ?

Yes I have tried that. Restarted. HDSpark not shown in Device manager. Then tried to load the latest driver for Edius V 5.5 and windows tells me I can't continue because there is a more recent version on the PC and then install closes. So I then went to the device manager and again uninstalled driver and then went to update driver, let windows search and give me options, 4 were present, 2 for V 6.02, 1 from early 2009 and one from 2010. so I picked the one from 2009 and it proceeded. It shows again in Edius V5.5 hardware but doesn't seem to output to my LCD.
      I am migrating back.

you need to go to control panel, and remove programs, remove Canopus Hardware Drivers and then reboot

I just did that. Removed Canopus drivers rebooted. Windows then said it couldn't find driver so I told it to stop etc. I loaded the 5.5 drive fine this time to completion and rebooted. Edius 5,5 still doesn't use the HSSPark though. Time for bed will try again tomorrow.

you need to go to project settings and change to the spark preset, it may have jumped to OHCI mode
