Better to sharpen in Edius or TMPGenc Video Mastering 5

Is it better to sharpen the video in Edius 551 or 6 with the sharpen filter or to export HQ and sharpen in Video Mastering 5 when making DVD files?

You can do an experience with a small clip and TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 5 trial.Till this moment I have not the need to sharpen. If so I will do this experience with Edius 6 and TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 5. I can say you that denoisers filters of TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 5 gave me better result than New Bleu Fx Video Essentials II.
