        Windows has support for ZIP files built into it -- unless you install something that associates itself with ZIP files or installs a shell extension, Windows will open a ZIP file just like any other folder and let you add/extract/delete files.

          Hi Kenneally,

          Sorry for the delay, had to do some work.

          I did have V4 demo on this computer originately. Does that make a difference?

            No, a clean 4 install, only thing I can think of is the last BETA update. 4.3

              In both instances, I'd probably suggest you rollback to whatever version your install CD is, and upgrade directly from that.

              When you uninstall the app, make sure that the "C:\Program Files\Canopus\EDIUS4" is removed. Also be aware that any other plug-ins you've installed for EDIUS will require a reinstall.
