how to ammend "Localize"

when I open the Edius programe file, I did find the folder " Localize" but I cannot figure out how to rename it, or, rename to what name? so that my Edius layout can show english, can any help?

Edius_6 localice now automatically to the language from the OS

you can change (the most) if you rename the Edius folder "Localize"
if you want a User Interface in english

but effects names are not changed to english ...the are always in the languge from the OS
(tested on german OS)

I recently bought an Edius 6.0 with canopus, but when I install it onto my comoputer, I can only install a chinese version, why?

this didn't happen with my Edius 5.5 bought last october.
