File requirements for broadcast commercial

hi friends,

im going to be doing a commercial for a friends local gym. should i shoot in 60i or 30p for broadcast requirements? im sure they have time requirements aswell that i have to follow aswell , like 30 secs for X number of dollars.

any info is much appreciated

You should ask the TV Station for the technical requirements . That's the best way.

Every Station has a little bit different way of doing things. Like Steve said, contact them and get thier specs and you can't go wrong :)
