EDIUS Broadcast contained optional codecs such as XD CAM, P2 format support for broadcast users. Since version 5 of EDIUS, these codecs became standard and there was no optional Broadcast naming.
Therefore, if you buy version 5 or 6, it is really Broadcast varient anyway.
    AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, RTX 3080, 64GB RAM, EDIUS X WG.

The choice now is Neo or Edius, but the difference is more than codec's alone.

In Japan, there are 2 version of E6 on the market,
Standard Version (80,000Yen) and EDIUS 6 Broadcast Version (200,000Yen)

Only the Broadcast Version is included the following codec and function:
XDCAM HD/HD 422, P2 DVCPRO HD, P2 AVC-Intra50/100, GF, XF, MXF Capture, Proxy Editing

I'm pretty sure you get all those functions on Edius 6 over here, and they are missing from Edius Neo 3

Looking at the price difference it should be Neo & Edius.
Canopus use to have pro or broadcast, wisely they joined it.
Hopefully it won't become multi flavored like Windows is, OSX is a good example to follow.
