DVD Creator - marker vs chapter offset

I experienced the markers/chapters staying where I placed them, but the thumbnails get off. Thankfully, we can change the thumbnails.

I've tried this with 3 projects => the first 2 projects I corrected the start (frame) manually, the third one I didn't (testing 16:9 for another forum member) => the chapters do start actually on the right spot but show a random frame of the clip
(random because I don't find a pattern in the difference between the 2 time codes)

When creating a DVD based on a sequence with markers, the marker names are correctly used as chapter names but there's an arbitrary offset going from a couple of seconds to over a minute between the position of the markers and the position of the chapters.

(tested on 2 PAL DV projects with Edius 4.51c)

Did anyone else experience this? In other words is this a bug?
