One workaround would be to create a watch folder in PCE, and Batch Export to that folder as Canopus HQ files.

Update.....

It does not look like I can export a elementary Mpeg 2 files unless I use Procoder Express. It only puts out Program MPEG (m2p) files in the exporter.

So that means I would have to export the AC3 audio by itself then export the elementary MPEG 2 (m2v) file with procoder express.

Would of been good if one could have done it in the MPEG Generic option of the exporter which would then allow it in the batch export option as well.

I was trying to Batch Export a FLV & Elementary Video Mpeg2 (m2v not m2p) files but it looks like one cannot..... or am I missing something.
