    im hearing that you cant edit 1080 60p footage on edius yet. will this happen anytime soon?

        Could you please post your system specs in your signature. It helps immensely knowing what you, or anyone has, before answering a question.
        In general, 60p requires a little more umph to process. Most AVCHD is in the 17-24mbs data rate. 60p is 28mbs.
        You may have seen that from someone with an underpowered system.
