Yes, this is a bug. I brought this up before but was not answered and now I am defining it a bug. For me, this is the only bug that I can not use EDIUS with.
With sticky mode on, all markers, no matter the kind, should "snap" to something. The blue markers that are created when cutting to different cameras in muti-cam editing, DO NOT stick to anything. This is only in EDIUS 6.
My main work is hours of multicam editing. I edit events, mostly weddings. Weddings consist on lively music. Cutting to beats are CRUCIAL to being able to deliver professional work. It's not enough that EDIUS took away the ability to edit muticam in speeds higher than x1 (I have to drag my CTI instead of playing as a workaround), but now, I can't tweak a cut to a beat since the blue cut markers won't snap. Not to the CTI, not to cuts, not to V markers... nothing. The only way I would be able to move it to a beat would be to zoom in to X1 or X2, adjust the cut, and CTRL-U back to my workflow size. This is unreasonable and would waste HOURS of time.
We spent more then $10,000 on Grassvalley products over the last 3 years, and if this specific issue doesn't get fixed o at least addressed, we must say goodbye EDIUS. Sorry.
