I only use my Storm for Hardware mpeg encoding - otherwise it is disabled in windows. Am I likely to experience any problems going from 4.10 to 4.51c? I can't do a clean install without the full package.

I just updated from 4.24 to 4.51 and haven't seen any problems with the Storm or any other problems. I really like some of the new features and the fixes in 4.51.Edius Workgroup 9, Edius X Workgroup, Gigabyte X299 UD4, Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900X CPU @ 3.70GHz, 64.0 GB Corsair Memory, Windows 10 Pro 20H2

Upgrade from 4.24 to 4.51c went without any problems. My present project loaded with no problems and have started working with it. So far I have experienced a freez problem at two occasions:
1) when I opened the color bar matt in the bin and changed between different choices.
3) when I used crop with soft borders in 3D PIP.
Both occasions required a full reboot.
I have the Storm installed but used the Generic OHCI setting because I was trying the much larger buffer setting.Peter
