I'm trying to set up a capture device in system settings. No matter what setting I choose, default or not, I get a warning after saying "There is an error in the preset settings". (Believe me, I tried every setting) Any ideas?

In Edius 6, I can control the camera (play, stop etc...) but I just see a gray window (no picture) and of course it won't capture.
Like I said, I have tried all presets but I will zip the one that SHOULD work.Gigabyte Z77X-UP4 TH, Intel Core i7 3770k 3.5GHz, 4 Core, 8 Threads, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB, 500GB SSD HDD for OS, 40TB Usable Hard Drive Capacity, Window 10 PRO 64-bit Edius 9.5 WORKSTATION...

I resolved the capture problem. Even though it still gives me a warning that the preset has problems (like a mentioned in the original post), at least I can capture. I found the solution on a another forum and I will just copy the thread:
Hi, I had the same problem. I then updated my IEEE OHCI device driver to the legacy version, instead of the installed Texas Instruments version. Choose manual and "let me pick", then you will probably see 3 different drivers. Choose the legacy version. (1394 OHCI Compliant Host Controller (Legacy))
After that I could capture.
This solved it for me too.Gigabyte Z77X-UP4 TH, Intel Core i7 3770k 3.5GHz, 4 Core, 8 Threads, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB, 500GB SSD HDD for OS, 40TB Usable Hard Drive Capacity, Window 10 PRO 64-bit Edius 9.5 WORKSTATION...

If I had know it was a legacy issue and searched "legacy", I would have found it. But I searched other capture issues and didn't find it here. Strange, because then I saw it was discussed here a lot.Gigabyte Z77X-UP4 TH, Intel Core i7 3770k 3.5GHz, 4 Core, 8 Threads, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB, 500GB SSD HDD for OS, 40TB Usable Hard Drive Capacity, Window 10 PRO 64-bit Edius 9.5 WORKSTATION...
