  • Color Effect

Im sure most of you have seen spots and music videos where everything is in black & white except for certain items that are in color. Can this effect be done in Edius? (I know about the region effect but thats just creating a square area, not an actual item in the shot like someones jacket or something) If not, can it be done with Boris Red? What is the effect called?

    Thanks for any input.

    Play with Chrominance.
The Eyedropper Color Picker is the least effective for me.
I like the oval with Histogram and Show Key ticked.

If you need to, boost the colors and contrast first with Color Balance for a sharper key.
