Titlemotion Pro Locks Up 4.51!

When I place a title using Titlemotion on the timeline I get an error message and 4.51 freezes up. QT is ok. Never a problem in 4.24. Did fresh 4.51 and Titlemotion Pro install, same problem. Any fixes or hope for me? Or am I doomed with Quick Titler?

TM Pro works fine here, I am using the latest version that shipped with Edius4 full version (not upgrade version)

The Edius3 TmPro is an old version and can't be updated to be the same as what I have

the only way to get the latest TmPro is to buy Edius4 as a full version and not as an upgrade version

maybe GV can make the latest TmPro available for download to registered users?

yes, you have the latest, mine is also 36

what is your exact error message

message is "edius needs to shut down, send error report". can't do anything at that point. freeze up in edius, system is ok, have to restart edius.

I believe a patch is in the works that addresses TMP issues, which will be made available soon. (hopefully when the downloads section is back online!)

TMPro Destroyed my project

When I upgraded from Edius 3 to 4, I got the new disc for TMPro and at install, it asked for my previous version disc of TMPro and I inserted it. It then copied the basic information which it added to whatever change was necessary to make it work in Edius 4.

Well, this time, Edius 4.5 works perfectly, but when I did a title and saved it, it added it to the timeline and disabled the entire project. Edius disappears with a notice to send a report or not. It saved my entire project with the title at the beginning of the timeline, but you cannot move it or delete it or anything except "Play" without closing.

press X key before adding title and try again

X key clears in and out on timeline ruler, I dislike this feature where a title is added to the gap between in and out, it causes me to hit undo many times

many users like this new feature, but I don't, I like red wine and others don't, no big deal as long as undo works
