Did you check out the keyboard shortcut remap tools? You can now search (filtering), and the actual binding is done on a keyboard map - one that when you mouse over, will show you all existing bindings for that key.

    More Lovin'

    Will the fun never end?

    Total makeover on Settings>Application Settings>Customize>Overlay

Wow! There's a lot of fuss over mixed formats and Ashley pointed out a really nice use with Edius. The new Guides are bound to please many and the improved View interface is fast and intuitive.

Well done GV, nice to see what really big money can do with a great foundation.

    Kudos, Rusty

If you don't love that enough, how about the spiffy snap arrows with the rubberbands?

    Kinda neat. Apple-esque, GUI-ishy!

I think this thread is sufficiently off topic to be terminated under the stringent new rules and regulations - isn't there room for a Chatter section on the new server?

    Ha Ha!

The new DVD feature is much better than expected, and template-able too! Nice to hear a good word from the P2 crowd also.

Humm... you may be on to something.

August and we barely see 90°F... and look... a cloud!

    Save times improved?

Rich, we have a wedding on the 21st, so wont be able to make it. Have a Guiness for me.

Has anyone else noticed that the project save times seem to be a little better? It might be that the project I'm working on is a little smaller than usualy, but it does seem better.

This always worked with previous versions of Edius :)

Another thing is all snapping is now done correctly, that is for a transition, it has 3 snapping stages...also transitions on the keyers track also snaps, not to mention the audio nodes are all working 100% correctly (The latter two were mentioned in the update list).

    Go GV!
