I hope this is the correct place for this message
I would like to say a big thank you to the UK Grass Valley phone help line
I had problems with my install of Edius 6 This pointed to a faulty install disc they diagnosed the problem very quickly
There was no waiting time on the phone They phoned me back twice and sent me a new install disc through the post on recorded delivery at no charge to me
Now that's what I call service
