E6 and Blue Rolling Shutter Filter

Just trying out everything one by one so i added rolling filter and as it stutters and produces red line i set up in/out point on the clip, tried render in/out red and render all areas upon completion of render, red line is gone but on playback it comes back again. Can anyone else produce this

Render and add to timeline does work

It doesn't work for me. I still get flickering and horizontal lines overlaying the rendered image.

Tried some of the other filters and they render as normal ie play after rendering but this one is only ok after render timeline.
Does the red line re appear after starting playback

PS its on a new install only E6 and Win7 on it

Playing back after rendering and adding to timeline does not result in a red line when playing back, just the normal orange line. This applies to all Newblue filters, quite unuseable.

render to timeline is the only rendering option that works with this filter

Unfortunately this is not the case with my problem. The rendered and added to timeline clip still shows intermitant horizontal lines and white flashes!
Does anyone else have a similar problem?
