  • Trimming with N and M keys

I don't know whether this is a bug or not but in E6 when you have two clips with a transition between them and you want to trim off the in or out of the clip with keyboard shortcut N or M, the transition just disappears leaving the two clips back to back. Sometimes You can also have audio being longer than video or vise versa. But in E5 it didn't act that way infact it was quit smooth.

ripple trim requires that you use Alt+M and Alt+N or if only using N and M, you need to turn on ripple mode in the mode bar

        Trimming question

When I use N and M to trim on one of our editors (both using E5) the playhead will follow the trim to the edit point allowing me to review the change I just made. I like this very much, however it will not do that on my other editor and I can not seem to find a setting to change that. Any thoughts?
