MPEG Export DV Pal 720X576

Hi
i made a Export for Full HD (MPEG) and i have changed all the settings there and now i cant do Export for Standard DV PAL format it takes more than 1 hour wen befor it took me only like 20min

so make the long story short i wanna know the settings for the MPEG (ELEMETRY STREAM) settings for DV PAL Standart (720X576)

DV is avi and not mpeg
DV is program stream and not elementary
