install 5 version

i got 5 version. in the package ther's disk upgrade to 5.5
in my pc i have a very old version of edius 4.
i unistall this from pc, remove pavxxx.dll from library but...
when i insert software disk appear :

- Another version of edius installed, installation stop here.

in effect, after remove dll, and restart pc, i'll see pavxx.dll again in the library.
What can i do to remove definetely? or... what's the problem?
( all the version are regulary bought.)

Use the Windows Search function to find all instances and remove pavedius.dll.

If your problem persists, reinstall E4 and use Revo Uninstaller to thoroughly uninstall it.

last question:
every time you start edius, u need usb in?
If i log off usb key, edius type:
"edius shut down in 29 days, insert usb key if u....etc etc"

Yes
That is correct, after 29 days it will no longer work unless the USB key is plugged in
