got crossgrade package

Just ordered edius upgrade, updated to 5.5 everything seems okay, but I didn´t get a bonus disc in the package, nor did I got a tmpro install disc.....
upgrade path was from 4.61 pro...so what can I do ?, wrote the reseller an email, but have not got an answer yet ?

Unfortunately the crossgrade version is not supplied with any of the bundled software.

Perhaps the reseller did not tell you that?

Did you order an upgrade or crossgrade? Your post says crossgrade, but you also said upgrade from 4.61.

Wow Hans, that's interesting. The price-list shows GV are still selling Imaginate, and no more support for it when E6 arrives in only a few weeks time? I fear some unhappy customers...

Then I suggest you go back to your reseller and tell them thay have supplied the wrong product.

I hope then they will supply you with the bonus software.
