Scrolling Title Question

add a couple of extra blank lines under the last line of text.

There is probably a way of telling it to finish off screen, but I can't remember, having only just started using it, and my editing pc is busy at the moment.

Hi all,
Trying to figure how to have my scrolling title (bottom up to top)
continue to go off the screen instead of just cutting off when it reaches
the top.
