Edius won't capture Still Frame

I don't know what could have happened, but from one day to the next Edius will not capture a still frame. Ctrl + T does nothing. The snap shot button does nothing. Remapping the keyboard short cut to a new assignment does nothing. I haven't installed anything new on the system that runs 4.03. I'm baffled. Any ideas?


UPDATE: On a whim I installed the latest version of Quicktime. It solved the problem. I don't know why, but there it is.....

I found I had this problem, but it was because I didn't have the clip selcted that I wanted a still from.

Lucky for us it's unrelated to Quicktime!

Select the Timeline and "Ctrl + T" = saved still.

Select the Bin and "Ctrl + T" = new title.

I pitty the Fool who messes with Mr. "Ctrl + T"!

Jared, go to export and choose the still frame exporter. If that works, use it once, and then go back and try the shortcut.

Thanks Pat. It was just Quicktime. I installed the update and voila, back to normal.
