Sony HVR-DR60 HDV Hard Disk Recorder

I have finally given up on Focus Enhancements Hard drive recorder with my Z1 and Edius 4.x.

Has anybody had good results with the Sony HVR-DR60 HDV Hard Disk Recorder,Z1, and Edius?

I just put in an order for tape again and a couple of orders ago I could have paid for the Sony HVR-DR60 HDV Hard Disk Recorder.

It is a shame that I spent the money on the FE and never got it to work with HDV, the Z1 and Edius.

I made several phone calls the FE and sent numerous e-mails with no response.

Are you aware that there are fixes for the Focus Enhancements DTE products in the Edius V4.5 update?

No I did not know there were fixes. I thought it was a FE problem not Edius.

If I could have received some feed back from FE it sure would have helped.

I will wait an see if it works with 4.5
