Rendering problems

I am new user in this forum , my name is Arman .

I have a project that contain about 30 plan . so i want to render my project . when i use render menu it give me 30 files of mpeg but i want only my project , i mean just one file to burn in cd

i find in this forum that F11 help me to do that , i use F11 and mpeg out put but my out put file is too heavy it is about 4 gig , my movie is only 8 minute with dvd quality !!!

so two question

1 ) how i can render my file with high quality but not so much heavy
2 ) what is best format to export project and burn to dvd , i export my previous work and use asshampoo to convert it but :( my dvd don't have voice

please help me
