With the new AFF import/export feature
will it be possible to import AFF files from an AVID system?

To clarify, it may work with AVID AAF, but hasn't been tested for such a workflow.

I've tested it (yes, I know that 4.5 is still not released but I could not wait august 8th... :P)
and it DOESN'T works.
When I try to import an Avid AAF, Edius creates a lot of empty sequences (30-40 sequences).
It seems to create a sequence for each clip inside AAF.
Then it shows an error on some track.
I've tried an AAF with 1 video track and 4 audio tracks. No media inside AAF.
Tomorrow I will try to transfer an AAF from Edius to Avid.
Edius 8.5
