Ack- Exporter Plugins disappeared!

Just finished a project here on a Sunday and went to export the project to a WMV file but when I click the "print to file" button the Exporter Plugin bin is completely empty. There are no export options.

I'm using 5.5 on an I7 machine and haven't had a single problem for months. All of a sudden it's like my file exporter got blown away. Anyone experience this or know how to fix it?

Are you using any add-ins? VST's, AE Bridge, NewBlue?

No add-ins..

I did upgrade to Squeeze 6.0 but that was a couple of week's ago. Thats the only change I've done to my system in a few months.

Any way to reload the output plugins without a complete reinstall? I can't find my original install disc..

I can't find my original 5.0 installation disc. Can I uninstall everything and re-install starting from the 5.1 downloadable file? Its says it requires 5.0- is there a download for that? Couldn't find it..

Sorry - but as far as I know, all downloadable upgrades from Grass Valley website are UPDATES only. They require you to have the original programs installed in your PC first.

phone the reseller where you bought it, they can supply you a 5.1 installer DVD, then all you need to do is apply 5.51 update

Luckily I found that pesky disk hiding in my old laptop.. ;-)

Hmmm.. Help!

Tried uninstalling Edius and then reinstalled using my 5.1 disk and upgrading to 5.5. Still have no options when clicking the "print to file" button.

One of the mods asked if I was able to deselect the "enable conversion" box and I answered that I could. After trying again I find that I cannot deselect it. Not sure what that means..

Obviously I'm not uninstalling everything using the Edius Uninstall. Can one of you guys clue me in on which files to search for to delete to make sure i get a completely fresh install?
