Problems with Drop-frame/Non-drop frame exports

I'm currently trying to export a file to a K2 server...and while the export works fine, the files comes out as Non-drop frame, even though both my project and timeline settings, and export settings are set to Drop Frame. Has anyone else encountered this?

Never had that happen. I would guess that there is some setting on the K2 not correct.
