  • how to move ALL layers at same time

I have a timeline with 4 to 5 layers. I want be able to move a section to the right < downstream > in the project to make room for some new clips. I need ALL layers < synced > to stay locked and move at the same time. Can this be done by placing TL cursor BEFORE all the material that needs to move downstream and using a hot key?
Or... can I select a clip on the TL and have everything to the right of it move in sync when I drag that clip to the right? < shift-alt just moves selected layer >
I sometimes just "drag-select" everything to the right of the cursor< or clip >
and then drag, but I'm sure they is an easier way to move all layers downstream and keep sync realitive.
    Thanks!!

Turn on sync mode and all the clips will move when using shift + alt
