Disc Capture works only with admin rights

24 Edius 5.5 edit suites are deployed in a TV station. Editors are setup to login with windows defalt 'User' profile. This prevents editors from installing software or making system changes. However the Edius Disc Capture utility detects the optical drive only when launched with Administrative rights. Is their a workaround to access this utiliy from with a 'User' profile on Win XP without requiring 'Admin' privilege?
