Does someone have access to the old forum?.... I asked this question and solved it back then but forgot to save a copy of the answer.
I have 2 copies of Edius (1 NX and 1 software only) as well as 2 copies of Procoder3. When these are installed on various systems, Canopus codecs show as available in other apps (sometimes... I really wish this could be made more consistent!).
But sometimes, for whatever reason, the codecs do NOT show in certain apps even though the dongle is plugged into that system and the codecs DO show in different apps on the same system.
The last time I solved this, it involved tickling some settings in the registry that then made the codecs show up as they should. Just wondering if someone can search the old forum for me for the title of this thread.
