Lost bin window and information palette

The position is still as if you had dual monitors. If you go into your layout settings and choose the default layout you should have everything back

I am running Edius 2.5, Windows XP, NVidia GeForce FX5700LE display card and have been using a dual monitor set-up until yesterday. I installed a new 24" LG monitor and decided a single monitor would work well. I reconfigured the display setup and installed the new monitor driver. All other applications work fine, except Edius. I can no longer see the Bin Window, although it is shown in the system tray. Also, the information palette is not showing, even though "show all palettes" is checked. No, it's not hiding under another window. I also went back to the dual monitor configuration and they are still missing. Any ideas?
