  • Edius Timeline Protected Sequence in Project

Is it possible to protect a sequence timeline of a edius project. So the other can'nt see how much track are used in the sequence & which effects are used........

Please state your purpose. EDIUS is an editing software, not a software for copy protection ... if I understand your intention.

I don't think so and that would not be a normal feature for an NLE imho.
I would be a waste of engineering time if you ask me.

Add the edited sequence to the bin; create new sequence in timeline; drag sequence from bin to new timeline sequence. Is this what you mean?

similiar to that but in this case if we double click on the sequence time line it will open new sequence with detailed clips & effects... I want to protect this..... similiar to that we can lock the clips on the timeline.....
