Hello, I just bought a new Edius NX-PCI Express, but I have problem with the installation. After connecting the hardware to the motherboard (I just inserted it in its PCI-Express x1 slot) I tried to install it following manual instructions. The system finds the new hardware, but when I load the drivers by the dvd, it says that HX-E2 drivers did not pass the windows XP Logo test, and that going on with the installation could cause the system to be instable. Even if I go on with installation anyway, I can find the Edius NX is recognized and apparently correctly installed (I see it on control panel/system/hardware)...but I cannot acquire in High definition 1080, it just offers me the chance to acquire in 720. This happens if I use Edius 4 to acquire. If use Premiere pro 1.5 (after installing the proper software which came with the Edius card) I can open a new project as a Canopus HD 1080 video, but when I try to acquire it looks like there's no media connected. Why? What is the problem?
my system is:
motherboard: Asustek P5LD2-SE
CPU: Intel Core Duo 6700 2.66GHz
RAM: 3 GB
Video card: Radeon x1650
Thanks for your help
