Ripple help - delete the gap

the way I work is with ripple always off and sync mode on in most cases
Alt+N will automatically close the gap in front of the trim point
Alt+M will automatically close the gap at rear of the trim point
Backspace key will delete gap in front of a selected clip or clips

pjsssss: I'm running 4.24
weird thing - with a new Sequence, the Ripple did work. (not on the old sequence)

Do you have video on higher or lower tracks that might be preventing the ripple?

What version of Edius? Zoom to 1 frame mode and see if there are any clip leftovers that are stoping the ripple.

I have couple clips on the time line (1VA), on the middle clip after set the cursor to the point i want, hit "N" trim in point it deleted the trim and should move the clip next to the previous clip (no gap), but it did not. I don't know why. It's ok with other project. Please helpTags: None
