Despite a search I cannot find the preset that somebody once did I remember to produce the Star Wars title effect. Also if I want to stop the scrolling title going right of the top of the screen but to fade say two thirds of the way up can that be done?

ProDAD software has this effect in it, I am not sure though if it is in Vitascene or Heroglyph, I haven't used my ProDAD stuff for awhile now.

You can use a simple scroll title made with Quicktitler, put it on a V-Track and use 3D PIP to get the typical 3D Star Treck effect.
There is a Startreck title preset on Heroglyph 2.6xEnglish is not my native language

Have you tried Blender?
http://www.blender.org
It's pretty simple to create a title like that in blender and export it as an AVI file.Last edited by Gundark; 03-05-2010, 03:42 AM.Ken

I have produced similar effect to what you describe using Title Motion Pro. Set the title to ANIMATE, add a keyframe, decide on starting and finishing positions, adjust the scale to suit start keyframe (say 1) and finish keyframe (probably close to 0), adjust the same TWIST to both keyframes (about -10 or whatever suit you) and you have it.i7 3930K, Win 10 pro 64 Bit.

Hi there,
although my tutorial was created in an older version of Edius, the present versions can do the same.

I used Heroglyph: in my last production. The Mandolin is one of a kind built by LLoyd Lore who also built Bill Monroe's in 1923, by the Gibson Co.
Its value is $400.000+
