Yes. I am currently editing a documentary that was shot in 720 24P. How to edit this? I have the proper preset @24p (23.98) and edit as normal. Are you having problems?
BTW- I also have all the clips converted over to Canopus HQ.

Yes, I'm using Nikon DSLRs and they produce MJPEG 24p footage, not 23.98. The only preset that works is 1080/24p. If I try to use a 720/23.98p preset, there is a strange double vision effect when I play it...like an extreme motion blur.
