This has been reported by other users on thus forum. Waveforms which disappear during edit. This looks to be related to a memory issue. (nothing the end users can do) At the moment an EDIUS restart is the only option to bring them back for a while.
You can see if it is this problem becuase a refresh won't bring the wave form back at that point.

yes go to audio properties and refresh. there are sometimes that you cancel the building of this waveform thus all the rest of the clips now will not show the waveformLeave a comment:

Have you tried refreshing the Wave Data? Right click on the audio track, choose properties and then refresh audio wave.Leave a comment:

I get this as well in 5.12. I know there is audio present as I can hear it!
