  • Ezp to mpeg

Hello! Can anybudy tell me, that how can I convert an ezp file to mpeg with EDIUS?

ezp is not a video file: it's a project file.
So open the project. Take a look at what's on the timeline- that's what will be in your mpeg file. You can set in and out points, and when you print to file, select 'in to out' as an option- if you don't want it all.
If there's more than one sequence, you'll be exporting the one that is open.
Then the top menu file>print to file > and you will find an export menu. Choose mpeg and you should be able to simply save the project as an mpeg2 file (that's the default- you may want to tweak the default settings.)
You should try reading up on the basics of exporting in edius. Look up 'print to file' in the help menu.
    Work: Edius 7.20.437 on HP Z220 workstation; Edius 6.08 on i7 running Win 7 64 bit 6 GB RAM. Neo 2.0 on a Lenovo T61. JVC GY-HD201 and GY-HD110.
Home: Canon HV20 and Panasonic GH1 (hacked); Neo 3.01 on HP elitebook 8440p i7 and Neo 1 on homemade dualcore desktop.

I have done what you say here, but when I exported my print/clip it was saved as two separate MPEGS---one video and one audio. So when I play the video MPEG there is no sound. How do you get it, so that when you export it is saved as one MPEG file that has both video and sound? Thanks for your help.

Select Program Stream will give you One file (both video & audio).

Elementary Stream give you two separate files (audio & Video)
Program Stream gives you one file with both.

Thank you! When I play the clip back after the file is exported as an MPEG I get sound drop outs such that the sound is incoherent. Any ideas?

What are your settings and what are your steps to export?
