Video out

I had a system hard drive go bad.
I reloaded windows, Storm and Edius Etcon a new drive.
I forgot what I need to do to get an RCA signal out of the storm bay to my TV monitor. What do I need to do in EDius to get it to light up video out.

Make sure when you pick the project settings you set them with the hardware listed and not OHCI :)
