Splitting up a large clip (Start/Stop Detect)

Is there a way to split up a large clip ie:every time the tape was started and stopped whilst recording after it is captured?
I know there are multiple checkboxes in app settings but I captured it before i kinda knew what i was doing.

setting->application settings -> deck setting ->* Look under automatic divide files and choose what you want.

There is nothing like that inside of Edius.

I would almost recapture because it would just make it easier then looking for it after the fact.

I tried that but that won't work after the clip is captured, I guess I'll have to re capture it again.
