    I am quite pleased with the Flash 8 Batch encoder, the quality is excellent - I think the included VP6 codec is about the best there is..

    You need to have Flash 8 installed in which case it will appear as a Quicktime export plugin.

    There are a bunch of $99 stand alone encoders, but I don't know how good they are.

    Procoder3 can do it to swf and flv but the quality is poor

    so I use Flash Professional 8 for great results

    if so how?
