Guest repliedYou can use Flashconv (http://www.flashconv.com/FlashConv/). It supports a wide range of video formats and correctly coverts them to flash. Besides, the output file is not so big

You need to have Flash 8 installed in which case it will appear as a Quicktime export plugin.
There are a bunch of $99 stand alone encoders, but I don't know how good they are.

Procoder3 can do it to swf and flv but the quality is poor
so I use Flash Professional 8 for great results
