im editing a mini dv. My client wrote the things he just want me to be included in the edit. Ive already captured the minidv since if not I should have c aptured only those clips needed through batch capture.

My problem is that when I place the clips to the timeline I can no longer determine the timecode specified. the time will start from 000000 to the out of the clips. I tried changing the setting and replace sequence code to original time code but still the timecode was not revealed.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Go to Settings > Application Settings > Customize > Overlay and check show original timecode. This will show both timeline timecode and original timecode.
