I want to make more setin/setout in a project

How can I do that ? For instance, I have a 40 minutes project. And I wanna make a lot of set in and set out and I want edius to export them in a single video file (as all parts joined)...

Why not do it in a second sequence and export that?
You can do batch export but I don't believe that will give you a single file.

One file from multiple ins and outs...

Just cut out the parts you don't need that will fix your problem fast.\
Or put the clip in the player window. Now you can do as many in out as you like as long as you remember to put every instance on the timeline or pres the ] key after you have put the out.
All the pieces will line up one after each other and they will now export to one file.
But that is basically editing.
