Imaginate projects crashes Edius

It is not the first time that I'm using Imaginate and Edius to create a DVD-photoalbum.

This time something goes really wrong: when opening the 5th or 6th Imaginate project in the Edius bin, Edius crashes => error message of simply completely disappears. Works everytime ...

I've done some tests:
- same Imaginate projects with psd of tif => same result
- opening the ivt-files in a new project of in the existing project I was working in => same result

I'm using Edius 4.24 now and Imaginate 2 with the latest upgrades.

How big are the still files? How many are there?

I found the bug => 1 of the photos had an issue. I don't know exactly what happened but the crash always happened with the same ivp-project.
As I was working with scanned photos, I scanned this photo again, prepared the photo again with Photoshop, back to Imaginate and problem solved.

The strange thing is that none of the programs involved gave a sign that there was something wrong with the image file.
